OTTAWA KINGSTON 1989
Well even I look rough after a day on the road especially as there was this group of young cyclists we were trying to keep up with. Not all the days were this tough as you can see from the ladies at the roadside cafe. This was Elaine's first big ride and almost her last as the first 50km day turned into 60 then 70 then 80 but we finally arrived in Merrickville one of those truly beautiful places you find when you are cycle touring. This is a ride to be enjoyed by everyone and of course you must stay on the Alexander Henry in downtown Kingston.
