BRITISH COLUMBIA 2005
Several words could be used to describe Northern British Columbia this summer, wet, cold, windy, freezing, are among the few I can think of off the top of my head. Yet in the few periods of sun the views were spectacular. People were wonderful offering warm dry places to sleep in every small town. The road was long with towns located about 500kms apart. We started buying food from RVers as we ran out a couple of times. Generous people that they are most refused to take any money and a couple even cooked supper for us. Who would of thought.
This is an area of true wilderness and we saw moose, bear, elk, sheep and deer at every turn. It is a place to come back to.
